Dwayne A. White was born in Baytown, Texas, USA.

At the age of 20, young entrepreneur Dwayne White began his plan to become one of the most successful real estate investors of his era. Dwayne with his brilliance and determination invested all he had in two real estate projects and has never looked back since.

Now nearly 10 years later he is owner of two holdings companies in the US which purchased over 120+ properties in 2008, doubling that total in 2009.  The companies specialize in residential projects, commercial projects, and bulk REO purchases from some of the largest banks in the US. In addition to that he has established one of the most active management companies in the southeast texas region, managing everything from industrial developments to apartment projects. He has always had the passion for giving back to others in which led him to mentor over 250+ well known successful investors in the Houston area. Dwayne’s remarkable success in the real estate market and his “never satisfied” attitude, pushed him to venture out into other areas of business including project funding and international trade.

Dwayne is now in the process of achieving one of his long time dreams of funding a foundation for adopted and fostered children in the US.
